Karen Archer has served as a part-time instructor in the School of Music since August 1989. She teaches beginning and intermediate piano in the classroom setting as well as applied lessons for music majors and non-majors.

In addition to her work at Lee, Mrs. Archer has been teaching private piano in Cleveland and Chattanooga area since 1977. She also serves as organist at First Presbyterian Church, Cleveland. She received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Lee College.

Originally from Lebanon, Ohio, she is married to William and is mother to 3 children: Casey, Evan, and Courtney Archer, all of Cleveland.
