    Dr. Brent Ferrell is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry specializing in biochemistry and chemical education. He earned an M.S. in chemistry from the University of Kentucky where he worked on the characterization of proteins in E.coli. Dr. Ferrell earned his Ph.D. from the University of Northern Colorado in chemical education. He has authored and co-authored several publications related to his master’s and doctoral research. During his leisure time, Dr. Ferrell enjoys traveling, making music, and spending time outdoors with his family hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and cycling.
