    Allison Sneed, Lecturer in Chemistry, is a graduate of Lee University, with degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics. She attended graduate school at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she completed her Master of Science in Chemistry in 2011. Prior to joining the faculty in 2014, Mrs. Sneed spent three years at Lee as the Laboratory Manager. Courses in her teaching schedule typically include Introduction to General, Organic, and Biochemistry, Principles of General Chemistry, General Chemistry I, and General Chemistry II.

     

    Mrs. Sneed primarily advises Chemistry and Biochemistry majors, and frequently teaches a course designed to give students practical, hands-on experience in a Chemistry lab or classroom setting. One of her long-term goals is to find or develop additional outreach activities for the students in our Department.
