Red Back Hymnal Night to Take Place Oct. 22

Murray Leads Red Back Singing

Lee University will present “Songs that Touch Our Hearts” on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 7 p.m. in the Lee University Chapel.

The evening will feature church favorites from the Red Back Hymnal, which will be provided at the event. Lee President Dr. Paul Conn, along with his wife Darlia, will host the event, while Voices of Lee Director Danny Murray will lead the program and invite the congregation to join in the singing of the cherished hymns.

“This is a wonderful evening of heartfelt favorites we all love to sing,” said Murray.

Great singers from all over campus, the community, and out-of-town will occupy the stage, according to Murray, who has directed this annual program each year since the Lee Chapel was dedicated in 2011.

Immediately following the event, there will be a reception located in the John D. Nichols Courtyard.

Admission is free, but tickets are required as seating is limited.
