    Dayne Frost, Soprano, grew up in St. Louis Missouri. She earned her B.A. from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a M.M. in vocal performance from Washington University. In St. Louis, she studied with Edmund LeRoy, and Edward Zambara and sang with the Opera Theatre of St. Louis, appearing with them in the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland as well as in St. Louis. During this time, she taught applied voice for the University of Missouri, the St. Louis Conservatory of Music, and Washington University. She has just moved back to the United States from Germany, where she sang for the past 11 years in the professional chorus of the Stadttheater Hildesheim, now called the Theater fuer Niedersachsen. She is thrilled to be presently teaching voice at Lee University. Dayne is blessed with two amazing children, J.D. , who studies Musical Theatre at Point Park University, and Kelsey, who studies voice and music education at Lee.
